This only works if people show up
An Independent campaign does not have a machine. It has neighbors who read drafts, ask hard questions, and bring one more person next time.
What it means for Gunnar
Every Saturday conversation and every shared document is the product. Getting involved is not a loyalty ritual — it’s putting time on something concrete: a proposal text, a room full of questions, a pressable record.
Why get involved
- Shape the drafts before Raleigh ever sees them.
- Keep the pressure local so District 54 stays the audience, not a party faction.
- Make Independent viable by proving turnout without a machine.
First Town Hall
Come out for the first of Gunnar’s town halls to support local businesses and get involved. This event will cover Gunnar’s attempts to get on the ballot so that 70,000 voters will have a choice this November for who will represent them in the NC Assembly. Opportunity to raise the issues you care about and get to know Gunnar better.
